Files

You can send a file without an account: up to 100 MB and only in the allowed formats, deleted automatically after 48 hours. A guest file is stored on another service, tmpfiles.org, not on our servers, so use an account for anything sensitive. With an account the file stays on our own storage: 1 GB of space, 7-day retention, and up to 500 MB can be made permanent. A permanent file that is not opened or downloaded for 6 months is deleted automatically.

File links and access

A member file is private by default and opens only through its own link, or from the owner’s account. If the owner makes it public, a download page is created and anyone holding that link can see the file. Publishing can be undone at any time.

Notes

A note’s text is encrypted in your browser before it is saved. The key travels with the link and in normal use never reaches the server, so the server keeps only the encrypted copy and does not read the text. The title you type is not encrypted; it stays on the server so the note can be recognised, so keep anything sensitive in the body, not the title. If you lose the link, the text cannot be recovered. If a note is reported, that note is opened for an abuse review.

Clipboard

Clips are stored encrypted. Because a clip has to open on another device, it is decrypted on the server when it is revealed: encryption at rest, not end-to-end. A clip belongs to your account only, each one is kept for at most 24 hours, and a reported clip is opened for an abuse review.

Temp email (ez9.ir, arvp.ir and f1e.ir)

A temp inbox is created without signup and uses a random address, but it is not fully anonymous: like any internet service, the creator IP and the received messages stay on our servers until they expire. Access to each inbox is through a random link; anyone holding that link can read the messages, so do not share it. Each inbox closes one hour after creation, and from that moment its messages cannot be read. They are removed by the scheduled cleanup, which normally runs every 15 minutes, so the exact removal time may drift a little. We never share your temp address with a third party.

Account email

Your email is used for verification codes and important account notices, and for product news if you are on the newsletter list. Account alerts and the newsletter are two separate switches in your account: alerts reach you whether or not you get mail, and you turn the newsletter on or off yourself. Every news email carries a one-click unsubscribe link. We neither sell your address nor share it. You can remove it from your account whenever you want; if you have permanent files, delete them first.

Online tools

The tools run in your own browser, and what you enter into them is never sent to our server. Only the two network tools (IP check and DNS lookup) send that request’s IP or domain name to a public service. Data reaches the server only when you press save or share yourself.

Abuse reports and content review

If you come across an abusive file, note or clip, send the link to that page to support@toolsw.ir with the subject “abuse report”. Reports about files and notes are reviewed first. Reported content is opened for that review, and removed if it breaks these terms.

Deleting your data

Deleting your account immediately and permanently removes your files, notes, links and account data, and it cannot be undone. Expired items are removed by the same scheduled cleanup.
