Create a vCard QR Code

A vCard QR code hides a compact contact file inside the image: the phone reads it and offers “add contact”, so nobody has to type a number by hand. This tool takes the core fields, name, phone number and email, and builds the code as you type. It works for meetings, trade shows, printed cards and email signatures. Keep the fields short and accurate; the less content, the simpler the code and the easier it scans from further away. Remember that the data lives inside the image, so anyone who scans it sees those details, do not put in anything you would not share.

This tool runs entirely in your browser. No data is sent to any server.

How to use it

  1. 1

Type the full name into the first box.

  2. 2

Enter the phone number with its country code (for example +98912…).

  3. 3

Add the email and test the code by scanning it with a phone.

Frequently asked questions

What gets saved when someone scans it?

A contact with the name, phone number and email. The payload is vCard 3.0, which every current phone understands.

Can I add a job title or address?

This version takes three core fields. For more, build the full vCard text in the QR studio tool.

Should the number start with a zero or a country code?

For contacts that work abroad, the international form with + and the country code is better, and you drop the leading zero.
