Convert Text Case: UPPER, lower, Title, camelCase
This case converter is for tidying text and preparing identifiers. It offers six modes: all upper case, all lower case, first letter of each word capitalised (Title Case), camelCase for JavaScript variables, snake_case for Python and SQL, and kebab-case for file names and CSS classes. The transform applies to Latin letters; non-Latin scripts stay as they are. Nothing is uploaded.
This tool runs entirely in your browser. No data is sent to any server.

Frequently asked questions
What does Title Case do to non-Latin text?
Nothing, because those scripts have no letter case. The mode is designed for Latin headings.
How does camelCase treat spaces?
It drops spaces and non-alphanumeric characters and capitalises each following part, so “hello world example” becomes helloWorldExample.
What is the difference between snake_case and kebab-case?
Both replace spaces with a separator: snake_case uses an underscore for Python and SQL, kebab-case uses a hyphen for file names and CSS classes.
